GradeGenie has been designed to help today's modern student achieve better grades through a more in-depth learning experience. GradeGenie is not intended to replace the learning that is achieved through the invaluable classroom experience and/or lecture environment that exists, either in a physical college classroom or an online classroom formats. We support the academic integrity standards of major learning institutions across the United States, and do not endorse nor condone academic dishonesty.

GradeGenie believes that students helping students, through a collaborative "online study group" environment in which student generated classroom notes, interpretations and study aids are made available online, can help other students achieve a more in-depth complementary understanding of the classroom syllabus and academic goals of the respective institution. Similar to an "online study group", we hope that the notes and files found on GradeGenie will offer new perspectives on already familiar academic materials.

GradeGenie believes that students must do all their own work and should not represent the final works of others as their own. GradeGenie also does not intend to post active test files, copyrighted study materials or other materials that are inappropriate to the overall enhanced academic environment that we intend to foster. We strongly encourage students to not cheat, help other students cheat or plagiarize materials from others.

GradeGenie also recognizes the invaluable contribution of academic faculty to the individual's learning experience, and intends to uphold the respective faculties copyright protection rights as currently recognized by law.

GradeGenie takes our academic integrity and copyright responsibilities very seriously. The site www.gradegenie.com is designed to allow student to "flag" files that are inappropriate in nature, and GradeGenie will remove such files upon notification, review and agreement that such files should be removed. GradeGenie's self-policing peer-to-peer file review system is based on the belief that students helping other students can continue to observe each respective institution's academic policy and enforce it among peers.

While GradeGenie is committed to providing only meaningful, accurate, timely class notes online, GradeGenie and all related parties of GradeGenie and GG2 LLC, makes no warranties or representations that the materials contained on www.gradegenie.com are reliable or accurate. GradeGenie should only be used to enhance and complement the student's classroom learning experience.
